Be Bronzed

Finally! We, here in England, have seen some sun. Albeit brief, it was here and one can only hope that there will be more where it came from this summer. Summer is a great time for skin, you start to glow and get that colour back that washed away with the snow. I'm not a naturally tanned girl - but i love having a bronzed look. After many trails and errors with oompa loompa 'esk' fails iv complied a list of must haves for this summer. 


First is 'Laguna' by the wonderful NARS. 

This is a bronzer that will suit all skin types. It is one of the few bronzers that gives you a glow that is not orange. The shimmer it has is minimal enough so you dont look like a glitter ball but enough so you shine with a healthy radiance. This, in my eyes, is the best of the best when it comes to bronzers. The powder bronzer comes in at £26 but if powder is not your thing then fear not - it comes in a stick that you can use on your eyes, lips cheeks and body. I love using the stick to create shading and definition and its a fabulous eye shadow for that smokey look. The stick is £29 but i find it lasts for a very long time. If your looking for something that is slightly cheaper but with great results i would recommend Rimmel Natural Bronzer.

For under £5 this is a must for all those summer savers. Its easy to apply, stays on all day without looking too 'powdery'. i prefer the medium matte version as shimmery version is little on the glittery side. I would compensate with a highlighter on top to add that summer glow.
